Return Process

Pack the item securely, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and use a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Personalized or custom‑made products.
• Clearance or final‑sale items marked as “non‑returnable”.
• Products that have been damaged, altered, or used beyond the criteria listed in the Eligibility section.
